A Ghanaian Developer Is Building Assistive AI From Scratch Because Imported Tools Miss His Currency and Accent

India Pairs a Supercomputing Agency With Its Geological Survey to Turn Paper Disaster Records Into an AI Model

A New AI-Physics Hybrid Model Cut Typhoon Track Forecast Errors by Up to 32%, Tested Against 62 Real Storms

Chinese researchers published FuXi-CNOPs in the journal Advances in Atmospheric Sciences, a system that combines a data-driven AI model with atmospheric-physics constraints to identify the conditions most likely to throw off a typhoon's predicted path, then screens out that error-prone data before forecasting.
